Outside the city hustle and bustle, amidst the sounds and scents of nature and the surrounding hills, lies the Bulić family farm. Situated at the heart of the Republic of Poljica, the village of Tugare is widely known for its delicious June cherries. But it is also a place of dry-stone walls, klapa songs and the one-of-a-kind delicacy - soparnik, once a poor man's dish, and today included on the UNESCO list of intangible heritage. The old fireplace of the Bulić family farm provides a truly unique experience - to participate in the authentic preparation of soparnik, as demonstrated by the two-time award winner for the best Poljica soparnik. In addition to soparnik, the family farm offers other traditional Dalmatian specialties such as peka (meat roasted under an iron lid), grill and other local products.
