Our two apartments are located on beach, 10 meters from Adriatic sea, and both have see view from spacious terrace. Each apartment has two spacious rooms, modern kitchen (in apartment II kitchen is in same room with bedroom, and in apartment I kitchen is in separate room) and bathroom with toilet.

Each apartment have separate part of large 50 square meter terrace (separated between apartments with flowers and Mediterranean plants) with an amazing sea sight. Apartment I has grill on its terrase, and apartment II has portable grill.

For each apartment there is one parking place on a private parking lot. Parking lot is situated just below the main road (Adriatic highway - Jadranska magistrala) - to the apartments, which are by the sea, leads a good foot path 100m long with beautiful view to whole Stanici, pebble beach and crystal blue sea.

Apartment I

Apartment for accommodation of 4 to 5 persons, 45 square meters + balcony and terrace 30 square meters.

Apartment has two rooms (11 and 14 square meters), kitchen with dinning room and  bathroom. Both rooms have see sight, and smaller has balcony and access to terrace of this apartment (aprox. 30 m2).

Grill on terrace is also at your disposal.

Apartment has one free parking place on private parking lot.  

In the apartment we have satellite LCD TV (82 cm diameter), Wi-Fi and washing maschine, and at your disposal are three deck chairs.

Apartment II

Apartment for accommodation of 4   persons, 40 square meters + balcony and terrace 20 square meters.

Apartment has two rooms (14 and 16 square meters), and new bathroom. In one room is a small kitchen. Smaller room is northerly situated and bigger has see sight and balcony with access to part of terrace that belong to this apartment (aprox. 20 m2). Apartment has a portable grill.

Apartment has one free parking place on private parking lot. 

In the apartment we have satellite LCD TV (82 cm diameter), Wi-Fi and washing maschine, and at your disposal are three deck chairs.
