A pastry shop inspired by French desserts that are based on light sponge cakes and low-sugar cake fillings, which are both attractive in appearance and - most importantly - very tasty. A space decorated with Italian and French details that provides a pleasant ambience. The credit for the preparation of such amazing cakes goes to the owner whose recipes are based on various Gourmandis master classes taught by some of the best pastry chefs in the world such as Karim Bourgi, Johan Martin and Guillaume Maubilleau.

The AR'JA tavern is located in the heart of Poljica, under the slopes of the fabulous Mosor mountain, a few kilometres away from Omiš.
